Anna Alberto is currently a kindergarten teacher at Eagle Heights Spanish Immersion.

“At Meadowbrook I teach the Kids at Work program. I have worked there for 2 1/2 years. I love knowing that I am making a difference in so many kids lives and helping to prepare them for going to kindergarten. I am blessed to be be a part of Meadowbrook.”

Sue Basill works as a paraprofessional with Special Education with preschoolers in the St Louis Park early childhood programs.

“This my second year working with the Meadowbrook Collabrative. However I have volunteered for the Collabrative in different capacities over the last ten years. I currently assist with school aged kids in a wide variety of ways. I run a short group and then assist with getting all the kids fed. During dinner we work on table manners among many other social and life skills.”

Reagan Riddle is from Hudson, WI. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish, as well as a master’s degree in education. She was a youth development Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador and has worked in schools in Mexico and Guatemala. Previous to working at St. Louis Park, she taught elementary immersion in Minnetonka, and high school Spanish in Lake Havasu CIty, Arizona.

“I currently work at Park Spanish Immersion. It’s great to see students in a more informal environment, and I enjoy seeing how students grow over time.”

Molly Nelson is currently an ELL teacher at Aquila Elementary.

“At Meadowbrook, I support students in grades K-5th in the areas of literacy and math. Within the collaborative, I hope to promote academic success and motivation to improve student learning with the belief that every child is capable of achievement.”

Betsy Miller teaches at Susan Lindgren Elementary School.

“I teach at Meadowbrook because I get the opportunity to teach and make positive connections with students in this community. Meadowbrook creates a bridge between home and school for our children, and I hope to motivate and inspire our young learners.”

Joseph Thomas is a K-5 Music Teacher at Susan Lindgren Elementary
